1000MW超超临界机组锅炉T23钢水冷壁防泄漏分析及措施 被引量:2

摘要 随着全国1 000MW超超临界塔式炉机组大量投建,机组的安全性、经济性和高效性成为吸引投资者眼球的关键方面。目前国内塔式炉机组锅炉的T23钢水冷壁在48m至70m之间的燃烧区域出现多频次泄漏,严重影响机组的安全运行。以某电厂二期2×1 000MW机组锅炉为例,分析探讨T23钢水冷壁泄漏原因并积极采取应对措施,及时消除水冷壁泄漏的隐患,确保机组减少非计划停运次数,以期达到安全、经济的效果。 The safety,economy and high efficiency of the unit is the key point as amount of 1 000MW super super critical tower boiler units have been erected in China.At present the leakage of T23 steel water wall has been occurred in the 48~70 meters burning area.This phenomenon affected unit's safety operation seriously.As an example of Ninghai thermal power plant phase 2 2×1 000MW units,this dissertation analyze and discuss the reason of water wall leakage,then adopt relative measures to avoid the hidden trouble of water wall leakage in time.
