摘要
根据Bayes的原理 ,提出了一种非常有效的工程造价估算方法 .该方法考虑了时间因素和决策者的经验、主观判断等有关因素 ,把很复杂的问题经过严格的数学建模后 ,使推断预测、决策问题十分明了 .
Based on the Bayes's principle, an efficient method for estimating project cost is put forward. The method takes the factors of time, decision makers' experiences and subjective judgments into account. Through the strickly mathematical modelling, the inferences, prediction and decision making for the complicated problems become very clear and definite.
