摘要
阐述了电绝缘膜用聚酯的研制过程。选用多种添加剂,采用酯化缩聚添加的方法进行研究。讨论了添加剂的选定、配比、颗粒度,及在EG中分数程度对薄膜性能的影响。通过对薄膜性能的测试,说明该产品制备工艺可行,拉膜收卷良好,与普通聚酯工艺相似,添加少量的助剂就可获得适用的产品。
The development process of PET for electrically insulating film was expounded.The research was carried by using various additives,using esterification-polycondensation adding method.The effects of the additives selection,additives proportion,particle size and its dispersion in EG on the film performance were discussed.Through the film performance test,it was showed that the product preparation process was feasible,the film-drawing and roll-up was good.The process was similar to that of commmon polyester.Higer quality film product can obtained by adding a small amount of additives.
