Industrial cobalt catalyst recovery technique for mother liquor of PTA refining unit was introduced.Using ion exchange process,catalyst ion in mother liquor was absorbed,separated and purified.Cobalt catalyst solution of high purity was obtained and then recycled directly.The unit consumption of catalyst and production cost can be greatly reduced by the technique,and environment pollution problems relating to the discharge of cobalt ion can also be solved.The process is the typical cleaning production and energy saving technology.
