Control analysis of PTA unit

对绍兴远东石化有限公司70万t PTA生产线上汽轮机、空压机和膨胀机3套核心旋转设备进行了控制分析。本机组控制系统采用TRICON三重冗余控制系统,包括转速控制系统,性能控制、能量回收控制系统和喘振控制系统。整个控制系统结构简单易于维护和扩展,响应速度快,控制精确,具备良好的应用前景。

Control analysis was carried out on the three core rotating equipments steam turbine,air compressor and expander of 700 kt/a PTA production line in Shaoxing Fareast petrochemical company.TRICON triple redundancy control system was used for the unit control.The control system included rotational speed,performance,energy recovery and surge control system.The structure of the whole control system was simple and easy to maintain and extend.The system had fast response,accurate control and better application prospect.
