摘要
基于2005和2010年2期的厦门市SPOT 5遥感影像,从厦门市海沧区建设用地动态变化、转入变化及空间变化等方面对海沧区建设用地时空变化进行研究.结果表明,2005—2010年间,海沧区建设用地扩张了1 496 hm2,年均变化率为7.27%.其中有1 118 hm2的耕地转化为建设用地,占2010年现有建设用地面积的19.9%;其次是水域、园地、其它土地(包括海域)及部分林地转为建设用地.在海沧区的西北部东孚镇、中部以及南部部分地区都有较多的耕地开发为建设用地;在海沧区的南部沿海附近则有较多的水域和海域开发成建设用地.
Based on 2005, 2010 year of SPOT 5 remote sensing images of Xiamen city, the spatial-temporal changes of construction land in Haicang district of Xiamen were studied, including the dynamic change of construction land, the changes from other types of land use converted to construction land and the spatial changes of construction land expansion. The results indicated that during the period of 2005 to 2010 year, the area of construction land had increased 1 496 hm2, with an average annual change rate of 7.27%. 1 118 hmz of farmland were converted into construction land, accounted for 19.9% of the area of the existing construction land in 2010, waters, orchards and other land ( such as sea area ) and parts of forest land were also turned to construction land. Much farmland was developed into construction land near the northwest ( such as dongfu town ) , central and parts of the south of haicang district; much water area and sea area were developed into construction land near the southern coast.
