Analysis of the influence to our country basketball development for employment of foreign player in CBA

分析了外籍球员引进制度和管理制度对联赛的影响.结果表明,引进外援具有带来先进的篮球理念和崇高的敬业精神,推动中西方篮球文化交流,提高CBA的知名度,提高国内球员的技战术水平等积极影响.但仍然存在俱乐部资金不足,引进渠道不完善,球员暴力事件和薪金制度不完善等问题.

Analysis the influence of system for employment of foreign player and management system reform to CBA. The resuhs show that advanced basketball principle and respect-work spirit has brought by some foreign players, the cuhural interaction has been promoted and some local player＇s technique and military tactics lever has been raised. But some problems still existed, for example, some clubs funds shortage, the outlet of foreign player not perfect, player violent affairs, salary system not perfect etc.
