针药并用治疗勃起功能障碍88例临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of 88Erectile Dysfunction Patients with Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:评价中药针灸并用治疗勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床疗效。方法:2004年1月～2009年1月,选用ED病人176例,随机分成中药针灸并用组(A组)88例、中药组(B组)44例和针灸组(C组)44例,应用治疗前后阴茎勃起角度值的对比进行疗效评估。结果:A组在提高阴茎勃起角度值方面明显优于其他2组(P<0.05),A组总显效率为46.56%;B组总显效率为16.17%;C组总显效率为13.24%。A组在总显效率方面明显优于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论:中药针灸并用治疗ED,可明显提高疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effectiveness on the treatment of erectile dysfunction(ED) patients with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From January,2004to January,2009,176ED patients were selected and randomly divided into three groups,88patients in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine group(group A),44patients in traditional Chinese medicine group(group B) and 44patients in acupuncture group(group C).The angle values contrast before and after the treatment was used to evaluate the outcomes.Results:In the improvement of erectile angle values,Group A was obviously better than the other two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the three groups were 46.56%(group A),16.17%(group B) and 13.24%(C group) respectively.The total effective rate of Group A was significantly better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese acupuncture and medicine has a better effect on the Treatment of ED patients.
