消银胶囊水提工艺研究

Study on the Water Extraction Process of Xiaoyin Capsules

目的:探讨消银胶囊的水提工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交设计安排实验,以消银胶囊中丹酚酸B含量为指标,考察水提实验时煎煮时间、煎煮次数和溶媒量的最佳条件。结果:水提取处方的最佳条件为:提取3次,水量分别为14倍、12倍、12倍,时间分别为1h、30min、30min。结论:本工艺稳定可行,为实际生产提供参考依据。

Objective:To explore the water extraction process of Xiaoyin capsules.Methods:L 9(3 4) orthogonal design experiments were conducted,and salvianolic acid B in Xiaoyin capsules was used as indicators to observe the best conditions of boiling time,boiling times and solvent volumn.Results:The best conditions for the water extraction prescription were:to be extracted three times;the amount of water was 14times,12times and 12times respectively;the time was 1h,30 min and 30 min respectively.Conclusion:The process is stable and feasible and can provide a reference basis for its actual production.
