摘要
在先天性脊柱畸形中,半椎体较为常见,并会伴随形态各异的相应附件发育不全,如:椎体隐裂等。本文报道了1例半椎体合并3根肋骨近端骨性融合畸形患者,以往报道极少。单纯的肋骨形态失常,大多数无明显病理学意义,如果伴随其他骨骼的异常,或者说其他骨骼畸形伴有肋骨发育障碍者都可称为肋骨的发育异常和畸形。对于因半椎体畸形引起的脊柱侧突,可行手术治疗,以恢复脊柱的生物力学功能。肋骨畸形但无明显临床症状者,无需治疗。
Hemivertebrae is commonly seen in congenital vertebral anomaly and is usually accompanied with various forms of adnexa hypoplasia like vertebral body subfissure.This article reports a case of malformation with hemivertebrae combined with fusion of three ribs,which is rarely reported before.Abnormal rib shape alone has no pathological meaning,but it will become rib deformation when accompanied with other skeletal anomalies.Scoliosis caused by hemivertebrae can be treated by surgery in order to recover biomechanical function of vertebral column.Rib deformity without significant clinical symptoms needs no treatment.
