In the critical period of deepening the medical and health system′s reform,Changchun has strengthened and extended the community health services,and practiced the family doctor team services actively.At the same time,post training for general practitioner has been perfected and primary health care organization′s service has been improved.The urban district of Changchun has taken the lead in practicing the family doctor grid management according to its administrative grid,from which initial benefits are achieved.Basing on the practical experiences of family doctor grid management and general practitioner post training,the essay explores the best methods as well as some effective solutions of family doctor services.Through the scientific development of the general practitioner post training and family doctor grid management,community health services will connect smoothly,and the overall quality and service skills of community health care professionals will be enhanced,and residents′ health level will also be improved.
