高压氧联合心理干预治疗突发性耳聋的效果分析

Hyperharic Oxygen Combined with Psychological Intervention in Sudden Deafness

目的探讨高压氧联合心理干预治疗突发性耳聋的效果。方法分析168例突发性耳聋患者在常规药物治疗的基础上进行高压氧联合心理干预治疗前后的焦虑程度变化和治疗效果。结果通过心理干预,168例突发性耳聋患者高压氧治疗后,焦虑程度较干预前减轻,且差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);痊愈49例、显效48例、有效43例、无效28例,总有效率为83.3%。结论高压氧是突发性耳聋的首选治疗方法,期间联合心理干预能消除患者忧郁、烦躁、恐惧等心理焦虑情绪,树立治疗的信心,积极配合高压氧治疗,在突发性耳聋联合高压氧治疗时有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate heperbaric oxygen treatment（HOT）combined with psychological intervention in treatment of sudden deafness（SD）.Methods Anxiety changes and treatment effects were analyzed before and after HOT with psychological intervention based on conventional drug treatment in 168 SD patients.Results The patients′anxiety degree remitted more after HOT and psychological intervention than before,the difference was significant（P=0.000）.49 patients cured,48 had marked effectiveness,43 had effect,28 had ineffectiveness.The total effective rate was 83.3%.Conclusion HOT,the preferred method for SD treatment,can,if combined with psychological intervention,eliminate patients′depression,irritability and fears and other psychological anxieties and establish patients′ confidence in treatment and make them cooperate actively with HOT.HOT with psychologival intervention is of important clinical significance in SD treatment.
