长春西汀联合银杏达莫治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

Effectiveness of Combination of Vinpocetine and Ginkgo-dipyridamolum in Sudden Deafness

目的探讨长春西汀与银杏达莫联合应用治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法选择我院180例患者(186耳),随机分为4组:(1)联合治疗组,给予长春西汀与银杏达莫静脉滴注;(2)长春西汀组,给予长春西汀静脉滴注;(3)银杏达莫组,给予银杏达莫静脉滴注;(4)对照组,给予复方丹参静脉滴注。同时4组给予维生素B1、B12、高压氧、心理疏导及地塞米松治疗,疗程为10 d。观察各组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果联合治疗组、长春西汀组、银杏达莫组及对照组总有效率分别为91.7%、69.6%、68.1%、40.0%,联合治疗组与其他3组总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.008);长春西汀组、银杏达莫组与对照组总有效率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);长春西汀组与银杏达莫组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.008)。结论长春西汀与银杏达莫对突发性耳聋均有良好的治疗效果,二者联合应用效果更好,且无明显不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of combination of vinpocetine and ginkgo-dipyridamolum in sudden deafness.Methods A total of 180 cases（186 ears）with sudden deafness were divided randomly into groups A（given vinpocetine combined with ginkgo-dipyridamolum）,B（given vinpocetine）,C（given ginkgo-dipyridamolum）,D（control group,given compound Danshen injection）,and meanwhile given Vitamin B1,B12,hyperbaric oxygen,psychological counseling,dexamethasone.The course lasted 10 d.The effects and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rates of groups A,B,C,D were 91.7%,69.6%,68.1%,40.0%,respectively.Group A was significantly different from the other 3 groups（P0.008）,and groups B,C were different from group control（P0.05）,but there was non difference between groups B,C（P0.008）.Conclusion Vinpocetine or ginkgo-dipyridamolum have a good therapeutic effect on sudden deafness,their combination even better and moreover without obvious adverse reactions.
