Optimization of material proportioning process in pellet plant of Xinyu Iron & Steel Company

精确配料是球团生产的基础,2010年新钢球团厂原料种类超出了原料仓库数量,各类物料成球、焙烧性能各异,无法通过原料仓达到精确配料,混合料性质波动较大,生产难以顺行。在生产实践中适当改变配料模式,实现了精准配料,提高了球团矿产量,降低了皂土消耗。

Accurate material proportioning is the basis for pellet production. In 2010, the number of raw material exceeds the number of proportioning bin in pellet plant of Xinyu Iron ~ Steel Company. The balling ability and roasting property of these raw materials are very different. In addition, the fluctuation of nature of raw material mixture is great. All these bring great difficulty for accurate proportioning through proportioning bins, thus the smooth run of pelletizing process is impossible. To solve the problem, the mode of proportioning in the practice has been changed that brings realization of accurate proportioning, increment of pellet output and reducing of bentonite consumption.
