摘要
运作模式是第三方物流企业为实现物流服务定位而建立的一整套运作体系。适合的运作模式对于第三方物流企业获得稳定的客户群体,在激烈的市场竞争中生存和发展有着重要的意义。文中分析了运作模式的类型,指出了物流服务企业的经营模式,分析了各种模式的优缺点。
The operation mode of companies of Third -Party Logistics is an operation system established to determine their service objects and content. In order to obtain a stable group of customers, to survive and develop in the fierce market competition,it is of great significance for such companies to establish a proper operation mode. The paper analyzes different kinds of operation modes, management modes and their advantages and disadvantages.
