摘要
文中首先阐述了港口供应链的内涵,其次分析了太仓港口供应链上的主要企业的现状,包括其特点、需求及在整个供应链中的作用,然后依据四代港口理论对太仓港口发展趋势进行分析,最后分别从货主、货代、码头公司、船公司的角度对太仓港口供应链的发展提出了相应的策略。
Firstly, expounded the connotation of port supply chain, followed by analysis of the Taicang port supply chain on the main enterprise of the status quo, including its characteristics, demand and the entire supply chain role, and then based on four generations port theory to analyze the development trend of Taieang Port. Finally, proposed development strategies of the supply chain of Taicang Port from the perspective of shippers, freight forwarders, terminal operators, shipping companies.
