摘要
在现如今订单成倍增加的情况下,如何加快分拣速度,快速响应客户需求,是许多配送中心较为关注的热门问题之一。合理的储位布局对提高订单分拣效率有很大作用。文中以某烟草配送中心为例,采用EIQ-ABC法和空间区域划分相结合的方式对其进行合理的货位布局设计,减少作业人员的行走时间,提高分拣作业效率。
Nowadays, in the case of the order number double increasing, how to speed up the sorting speed and response to the customer demand quickly is the hot issues of many company concerned about. Reasonable storage make order - picking work more efficiency. This paper take a tobacco distribution center as an example, use EIQ - ABC method and spatial zoning to make cargo space layout more reasonable, shorten the walking distance and time, improve the sorting efficiency.
