包装产业的绿色化,是当前我国包装产业转变发展方式的一个重要的战略问题。从整体上看,要实现我国包装产业的绿色化,必须提高全行业和全社会对绿色包装的正确认识;制定、健全绿色包装的评价标准及评价体系;加大对绿色技术的研发和创新,大力开发绿色包装材料;坚决贯彻执行绿色包装设计;坚持资源开发与节约并重,推动资源高效和循环利用;建立、健全包装废弃物有效回收处置的运行系统和运行机制;完善包装法规体系,加大执行力度。

The green packaging industry,is currently China＇s packaging industry to change the way the development of an important strategic problem. Look from whole, to realize our packaging industrial green to change, must raise the entire industry and the whole society to a correct understanding of the development of green packaging, green packaging;perfect the evaluation criteria and evaluation system; increase the green technology development and innovation, vigorously develop green packaging materials;resolutely implement the green packaging design;hold to resource development and managing pay equal attention to, promote resource is efficient use with the loop;build perfect packaging waste recovery and disposal, effective operation system and operation mechanism;improve the packaging system of laws and regulations, increase executive strength.
