摘要
根据国内外项目群风险管理的相关研究成果,该文概括了项目群风险管理的涵义及特点,提出了项目群风险管理的围棋理论及空间分解结构;运用集成化管理理论,得出了项目群风险管理的集成化模型,此模型由组织、过程与目标三方面构成,并从过程的角度构建了项目群风险协同关系平台的处理流程,给出了信息处理的可视化基本界面;最后,基于Web技术,进行了项目群风险管理的信息系统设计。
On the basis of deeply studying the research on programme management, article generalizes the defining and character.9 of programme risk management, elicits the I - go theory and analyzed interspace structure. It adopts the theory of integrated management, conceives the integrated model of programme risk management, which was made up of organizations, process and objectives. In terms of process, it devises the cooperation platform of programme risk management, advances the elementary visualization＇s interface on disposition of communication. Finally, which based on web, it designs the information system of programme risk management, and contrives the network structure of MIS.
