摘要
针对越来越严重的高职人才在社会中的供需矛盾,文中从缄默知识理论的研究出发,分析了导致这一矛盾的根本原因。通过对缄默知识深层内涵的认识,提出了基于缄默知识提高高职学生实际能力的措施。
For the increasingly serious contradiction between the higher vocational talent supply and demand in the community,this paper analyzed the reoot eause led to this contradiction, based on the former research on the tacit knowlcdge. Though the deep understanding of the connotation of tacit knnwledge, this Impair put forwatd the measures to improve higher vocational students＇ practical ability based on the theory of tacit knowledge.
