二维六边形晶格SiO_2光子晶体的制备及表征 被引量:1

摘要 通过改进的Stober法,以正硅酸乙酯为硅源,合成了尺寸为900nm左右的高质量单分散SiO2胶体颗粒;并以此为原材料,采用重力沉降法获得了二维六边形晶格SiO2光子晶体。表征分析显示所制备的SiO2光子晶体具有一定程度的缺陷且不具有完全光子带隙;采用平面波展开法对二维六边形晶格SiO2光子晶体不存在完全光子带隙进行数值计算验证。 Ethyl silicate is used as silicon source, the SiO2 colloidal particles with 900 nm diameters, high quality and mono-disperse are synthesized through the improved Stober method; besides, two-dimensional SiO2 photonic crystals with hexagonal lattice are prepared by gravity sedimentation method which SiO2 colloidal particles are used as raw materials. The characterization analysis shows that the SiO2 photonic crystals have a degree of defects and don't have complete photonic band gap; on the other hand, plane wave expansion method is used to the calculation of band gap to verify the two-dimensional SiO2 photonic crystals with hexagonal lattice don't have complete photonic band gap.
