我国虚拟社团的兴起对社会稳定的影响研究

On the Influence for Social Stability upon the Rise of Virtual Communities in China

网络时代,虚拟社团大量兴起。虚拟社团相对于现实社团,有超时空性、会员的匿名性和流动性强、无中心平面化网络性结构、自治性强等特征。虚拟社团对社会稳定的影响是一把双刃剑,有积极的一面,表现为安全阀的功能、沟通和制约功能、组织社会、促进社会公益和丰富文化生活作用;但其也有消极的一面,是网络群体极化的策源地和发动场,会形成违法犯罪组织,甚至非法组党结社,危害社会稳定和国家安全。因此,我们一方面要加强对虚拟社团的引导,发挥虚拟社团对社会稳定的积极作用,规避对社会稳定的消极影响;另一方面,要加强对虚拟社团的管控,要防范和打击利用虚拟社团进行违法犯罪,甚至非法组党结社危害国家安全。

The virtual communities have a two-way influence on social stability. In the positive way, the communities can be treated as a safety valve, with the function of communication and restrict. Furthermore, they could organize society, promote the social welfare, and enrich the cultural life of the society functionally. In the other negative way, they are the source and starting field of network group polarization, meanwhile they could also form law-breaking or criminal organizations, or even form political parties and civic organizations, so that they would do harm to the Social Stability and national security. Therefore, on the one hand, we should strengthen the guidance of virtual communities to avoid the negative impact. On the other hand, we should reinforce the control of virtual communities, especially preventing and combating against law-breaking activities and crimes via the communities, or even forming political parties and civic organizations illegally to endanger national security.
