京津冀经济一体化发展战略计划,为衡水市经济社会发展带来巨大优势和无限潜力。科学定位、正确的路径选择是关键。衡水市必须实现从盲目到自觉、从粗放到精准的战略定位;必须明确从宏观到微观、从模糊到科学的发展路径,以实现衡水区域经济又好又快的发展。

The development strategy of the economic integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region brings enormous advantage and unlimited potential for the economic and social development of Hengshui. In order to ensure fast and healthy development in its regional economy, it is needed to find the scientific orientation and correct way. Thus the strategic orientation of changing from blindness to consciousness and that from extensive to precise must be realized, and the right way of altering from macroscopic to microcosmic and that from vague to scientific must be explicitly pointed out.
