Taking ＂four-color＂ Party construction as a cartier is one of the effective measures for the mechanism innovation of Party construction in college student education. It aims to carry out the Party construction through the activities of＂four- color＂ brand, i.e. ＂white guidance project＂, ＂green cultivation project＂, ＂red vanguard project＂ and ＂golden care project＂, hoping to improve the quality of the college students who are Party members so that they can be outstanding ones in their daily lives and give play to the exemplary role of Party members.
