Clinical analysis for 41 patients with rabies

目的探讨狂犬病流行病学特点及临床特征、预防措施。方法对2007年7月-2010年12月在四川绵阳四〇四医院传染科住院的41例狂犬病患者的临床特点进行回顾性分析。结果本组患者全部死亡,死亡与没有正确处理伤口、没有预防接种密切相关。结论本病目前尚无特效治疗,死亡率达100%,但正确处理伤口、注射疫苗是降低发病的关键。

Objective To explore the epidemiological,clinical characteristics and prevention measures of rabies.Methods The clinical characteristics of 41 cases of patients with rabies,in the department of infectious in Mianyang 404 hospital from July 2007 to December 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results All the patients were death,which had no closely related with no dealing the wound rightly or no preventive inoculation.Conclusion There is no effect treatment method on this disease at present,with the mortality rate nearly 100%,but correctly handle the wound or a vaccine maybe the key to reduce the morbidity.
