伯基特淋巴瘤的临床病理特征分析

Clinicopathological characteristic analysis of Burkett lymphoma

目的探讨伯基特(Burkitt)淋巴瘤的临床、病理及预后特征,以期为临床的诊断及治疗提供理论支持。方法收集我院确诊的16例Burkitt淋巴瘤的患者,关注临床资料、组织病理学及免疫组化特征,并进行整理。结果患者中男性12例,女性4例,年龄3～40岁;临床分期:Ⅰ期1例,Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲ期6例,Ⅳ期6例。肿瘤侵及颈部淋巴结、腹部和颌面部。患者血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-12(IL-12)的含量明显高于正常值。结论 Burkitt淋巴瘤具有高侵袭性,患者预后差,临床应注意诊断要点,免疫组化在该肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical,pathological and prognostic features of Burkitt lymphoma,in order to provide theoretical support for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 16 cases with Burkitt lymphoma patients were collected,and paid attention to clinical data,histopathologic and immunohistochemical features,then finished.Results A mong the patients,12 cases were male,4 cases were female,ages were 3-40 years old;clinical stage： Ⅰ stage was 1 case,Ⅱ were 3 cases,Ⅲ were 6 cases,Ⅳ were 6 cases.Tumor invaded lymph nodes in the neck,abdomen and maxillofa cial.Serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）,high sensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP）,interleukin 6（IL-6） and interleukin 12（IL-12） were significantly higher than those of normal value.Conclusion Burkitt lymphoma has high invasive with poor prognosis of patients,clinical attention should be paid to diagnosis,immunohistochemistry plays an important role in the diagnosis of tumors and differential diagnosis.
