黄芩苷滴丸的制备工艺研究

Study on the preparative technology of Baicalin Guttate Pills

目的制备黄芩苷滴丸。方法采用正交设计法,考察滴丸的基质配比、药液温度和冷却剂温度对滴丸的硬度、圆整度、拖尾的评级和溶散时间影响,进行处方筛选和工艺研究。结果制备的黄芩苷滴丸外观圆整,丸重差异小,溶散时间短,30 min释放度大于80%。结论该滴丸处方合理,工艺简单,符合《中国药典》2010年版二部标准。

Objective To prepare the Baicalin Guttate Pills.Methods The prescription was selected by orthogonal design and the investigation index were the effect of the ratio of groundsubstance,the temperature of drug and refrigerant to the hardness,the circular degree,the tail formation and the dissolution time.Results The appearance and the sharp of Baicalin Guttate Pills were circular.The difference of weight was small.The dissolution time was short.The release rate of 30 min was more than 80%.Conclusion The prescription is reasonable,the technology is simple,and the quality is according with the standard of Chinese Pharmacopeia（2010 edition,2 volume）.
