心肌缺血再灌注心律失常的治疗研究进展

Research progress of treatment on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia

冠心病、心肌梗死等常见疾病是由心肌缺血引起的,最有效的治疗方法就是对缺血心肌进行再灌注,而再灌注可引起缺血再灌注损伤,其中再灌注心律失常是其主要表现之一。再灌注心律失常与缺血引起的心律失常治疗有些不同,目前临床及实验室对再灌注心律失常的治疗不断有新的研究发现。本文就再灌注心律失常的治疗进展作一综述。

Coronary heart disease,myocardial infarction and the other common heart diseases are caused by myocardial ischemia,the most effective treatment method to these diseases is myocardial reperfusion,but myocardial ischemia-reperfu sion injury will be caused by reperfusion,and reperfusion arrhythmia is one of the main manifestations of reperfusion in jury.The treatment on reperfusion arrhythmia is somewhat different from the treatment on ischemia arrhythmias.The treat ment of reperfusion arrhythmias is continuously innovative in clinical and laboratory at present.This paper mainly summa rizes the research advance about the treatment on reperfusion arrhythmia.
