摘要
介绍了一种用于生物芯片阅读仪非均匀性校正的点光源。该点光源由光源本身和定位模板组成。通过特殊的电路设计,光源能快速稳定、稳定性好;光源体积很小,通过巧妙的设计发光体LED在PCB板上的位置,配合使用上下完全对称的定位模板,实现了点光源能在视野的ROI内移动,达到非均匀性校正的目的。经过校正,生物芯片灰度值CV从7%降到了4%,证明了校正的有效性。
A spot light for non - uniformity correction of bio - chip reader is introduced. It contains a light and a positioning template. By special circuit design, the light can reach stable value quickly and the stability is good enough. It is very small. The lumi- nous element LED is skillfully designed on the proper position of PCB. With the help of the completely symmetrical positioning tem- plate, the spot light can be moved in the ROI to achieve the goal of non - uniformity correction. After correction, the CV value of the gray intensity of bio - chip can be reduced from 7% to 4%. It proves the validity of correction.
