从建筑产生之时起,就与几何结下了不解之缘。几何学对建筑发展的影响是深远的。随着自然科学、计算机技术以及新材料、新技术的发展,建筑再次实现技术与艺术的完美结合,并融入了设计师及工程师的激情与想象。而在发展中,解析几何尤其是函数对建筑的发展起着关键性的作用。而计算机的介入和解析几何的函数关系使得建筑设计变得更加理性,可视化的程度更高。
