摘要
基于不同类型创新所带来的绩效差异问题,从企业组织视角出发,着重研究了组织架构保障型内源式创新和组织学习导入型外源式创新及其绩效问题。利用85个奥地利企业样本和215个中国企业样本进行分析得出,无论是内源式创新还是外源式创新均是组织绩效改善的基础,发达国家企业倾向于组织导向内源式创新,而中国企业更偏好组织学习导入型外源式创新,内源式创新正逐渐受到中国管理者的重视。
Based on the varied innovation result in different performance,this paper focuses on enterprise organization,especially on organizational structure oriented endogenous innovation and organizational learning oriented exogenous innovation and performance.Applying 85 Austrian samples and 215 Chinese samples,we come to the conclusion that Endogenous innovation and exogenous innovation are the basis of performance improvement.Enterprises in developed country are inclined to apply endogenous innovation.Whereas,Chinese enterprises are apt to apply exogenous innovation through organizations,and Chinese managers pay more attention to endogenous innovation.
