摘要
通过对国内外碳排放影响因素与解决方法的阐述与分析,列举出影响中国碳排放的14种影响因素,应用系统解释结构模型(ISM)理顺这些因素的相互关系,并使用ISM模型中的小团体分析方法,对其进行聚类划分。通过聚类内部影响因素之间的关系,找出6个聚类中各个聚类中的关键影响因素。针对6个聚类因素中的关键影响因素,结合其所处的聚类环境,给出相应的解决方法与方案,同时对聚类中其他影响因素起到积极的作用。
By elaborating and analyzing the factors and solutions of the carbon emission at home and abroad,this paper enumerates 14 kinds of factors that influence the carbon emission in China.It straightens out the relationship of these factors by the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method(ISM).In order to make full use of the nature resource and human resource,the paper divides the factors into several clusters by applying the subgroup method of the ISM.According to the factors' relationship of each cluster,the 14 kinds of influence factors are divided into 6 clusters.On the basis of the cluster situation that the key factor belonging to,aiming at processing each key factor of the 6 clusters,it proposes the methods and countermeasures on the key factors.The countermeasures also have positive effect on the other three factors of the clusters.
