摘要
结合延锋金桥的生产实际,通过精益生产管理思想的应用,对原有Cockpit生产线的产品分类、产品生产计划、物流组织形式、微观布局设计等方面提出了有效的改进方法,这些改进在柔性化生产中的应用起到了良好效果,停线风险降低50%,生产节拍加快10%,生产计划完全匹配顾客要求。该案例能为其他生产型企业带来一定的启发。
To improve the manufacturing process, both of some measures based on the mode of production and lean production must be taken into application. Designing a rational process, making full advantage of resource, lowering the cost, and putting energy conservation and efficiency improvement into practice are the developing goals for automobile manufacturers.
