柴油发电机组转速测试仪的设计

Development of Speed Tester on Diesel Generator Sets

随着电子技术的发展,智能化测试设备已成为提高柴油发电机组研发水平和改善质量的重要手段。该文结合单片机采集数据灵活方便和PC机处理数据能力强、测试结果易于输出和保存的特点,设计实现了柴油发电机组转速测试系统,利用C8051F系列单片机完成对转速信号的采集、预处理以及输出。采用VB语言在PC机上创建一个界面,用于显示和保存测量结果,并进行了实际验证试验。结果表明该系统具有使用方便、测量精度高、数据处理能力强及可靠性好等特点,有一定的实用价值。

With the development of electronic technology, intelligent tester has become an important method to develop the level and improve the quality of diesel generator sets. This paper eombines single-chip mieroeomputer which is flexible in collecting data with PC which has a strong ability in data processing and easy to save the results, designing the speed tester with C8051F serial CPU to collect, processing and transmit data. In displaying method, the system designs an interface with VB to display and save the data. The achievement of speed tester verifies the designing target and has many advantages such as easy to use, high precision measurement, good reliability and has certain practical values.
