凝析液回收自控系统的设计

摘要 针对凝析液回收过程中的特殊性,设计了一种以凌阳SPMC75F2413A为核心的凝析液回收自控系统。该系统利用DDS技术在单片机上合成SPWM,通过调节V/F来控制回收泵的输液速度;通过控制电伴热的工作状态,使凝析液的温度维持在10~40℃;并由显示模块输出凝析液当前温度;通过上位机软件和下位机硬件的配合完成与上位机通信。该系统在实际应用中取得了良好的效果,达到了预期的设计目的。 According to the nature of the recycling process of the condensate liquid, a controlled device which recycle with condensate are introduced with SPMC75F2413A. The system synthesis SPWM through DDS technology on the single chip. The pump's speed was controlled by adjusting the V/F. The single-chip control the working status of the heat-tracing in order to maintain the temperature of 10 -40℃ of the condensate liquid. And the LED display the time of current temperature of the condensate liquid. The cooperation of the host computer software and hardware achieves communicating to the host computer. The system accomplishes good effects and gets the expected goal.
