摘要 针对当前混合动力汽车对在线故障诊断的实际需求,提出混合动力汽车实时状态监控及在线故障诊断系统。该系统采用Matlab Simulink建立诊断模型,利用dspace-Targetlink工具将建立的模型生成C代码,并烧录在混合动力整车控制器(HCU)的单片机中。PC机中的诊断仪界面由LabVIEW软件开发,它基于CAN总线的操作程序,采用USB-CAN接口卡将混合动力汽车的状态参数和故障信息实时地采集到PC机中。LabVIEW环境下的仿真验证了该系统的诊断模型能够完成对混合动力汽车的在线故障诊断功能。 To fulfill the requirement of on-line diagnostics for hybrid vehicles, a real-time monitoring and on-line diagnostic system is developed. The diagnostic model of this system is based on Matlab Simulink, and then the established model is converted into C codes by dspace-Targetlink and stored in the HCU of hybrid vehicles. The user- interface of the system in PCs, which is based on CAN bus, is developed by the LabVIEW software. The state parameters and breakdown information of hybrid vehicles are collected into a PC by a USB - CAN card. Finally, through simulation under the environment of LabVIEW, good real-time ability and effectiveness of this system are verified
