摘要
针对传统的异物检测方法不能检测出罐装、瓶装等包装产品边缘异物的缺点,提出了基于链码跟踪的边缘异物检测方法。物体边界上连续3点的绝对链码和(平均链码)可以表示边界点的切线方向:若产品边缘无异物,则边界是光滑的;若有异物存在则必然会在边界曲线上存在突变点。实验结果表明,该方法可以准确地设定检测区域,有效地检测出边缘异物,在一定程度上提高了产品异物的检出率,具有很高的实用价值。
An edge foreign body detect method based on chain code tracking is introduced, for the foreign bodies that exist on the edges of canned and bottled products can not be inspected by traditional detect method. We found out that tangent direction of the edge point can be figured by the absolute chain code sum of the three sequential points, and the curve of the chain code sum should be smooth if no foreign body exists on the edge. However, if exists, it must have big fluctuations in the corresponding position. Matlab simulation results show that this method not only can inspect the edge foreign bodies, but also set detection area automatically, which improve the detection rate to some extent.
