摘要
在传统多孔吸油树脂悬浮聚合的基础上,加入偶氮二异丁腈发泡剂,合成了一种新型多孔高吸油树脂(BM),对树脂的表观形貌、吸油倍率、吸油速率、缓释性、水面浮油回收等性能进行表征,并结合树脂的吸油倍率和吸油速率两种重要性质,对树脂的吸油机理进行了深入探讨。
A new porous high oil-adsorbing resin was synthesized adding AIBN on the basis of traditional method of suspension polymerization. The adsorption performance including surface morphology, oil ad- sorption ratio, oil adsorption rate, slow release performance, floating oil recovery was characterized. Oil ad- sorption ratio and oil adsorption rate were important property indexes of oil-adsorbing resin. The oil adsorption mechanism of resin was discussed.
