羧甲基取代度对聚羧甲基-β-环糊精吸附苯酚性能的影响

摘要 以羧甲基-β-环糊精(CM-β-CD)为原料,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,合成了聚羧甲基-β-环糊精(PCM-β-CD)。考察了PCM-β-CD取代度对苯酚的吸附能力以及吸附条件对吸附量的影响。结果表明,羧甲基取代度较小的PCM-β-CD吸附苯酚的能力强;PCM-β-CD吸附苯酚时,振荡30 min达到吸附平衡,吸附量随苯酚质量浓度的增加而增加,pH=5~6、低温效果较好;PCM-β-CD对苯酚的吸附符合Freundlich等温方程。IR和XRD分析表明,PCM-β-CD吸附苯酚形成了包合物。 Poly-carboxymethyl-fl-cyclodextrin (PCM-β-CD) were synthesized based on carboxymethyl-β-cy- clodextrin as material, epichlorohydrin as crosslinker. The adsorption of phenol and the adsorption condi- tion effects of PCM-fl-CD with substitutions were investigated. The results showed that PCM-β-CD with lower degree of substitution had higher adsorption capabilities, the adsorption equilibrium was reached af- ter 30 min of shaking,and the adsorption was increased with the increase of initial concentration of phe- nol. The favorite adsorption was obtained at pH 5 -6 and low temperature. The adsorption equilibrium fit the Freundlich isotherm equation. IR and XRD analysis showed that the polymer have formed the inclu- sion compounds with phenol.
