摘要
利用紫外分光光度法测定山楂中总黄酮的含量,采用正交实验设计,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,筛选最佳超声提取工艺。结果表明,山楂中总黄酮最佳提取工艺为:山楂药材粒度为100目粉,料液比为1:16(g/mL),乙醇浓度为75%,提取时间60 min,提取温度30℃。在此条件下,提取率达77.96 mg/g。
UV-Vis spectrum was used to ascertain the total flavonoids and orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process with the yield of total flavonoids from C. pinnatifida Bge as the detecting index. The results showed that the optimum extraction technology for the total flavonoids from C. pinnatifi- da Bge was as follows:the 100 mesh drug powder was extracted at 30 ℃ for 60 min ,the solid-liquid ratio of 1 : 16 (g/mL) volume of 75% ethanol. Under this condition ,the extraction rate of up to 77.96 mg/g.
