摘要
α-烯烃磺酸钠与丙烯酰胺共聚,再通过Mannich反应进行改性,提高其抗盐性。研究表明,α-烯烃磺酸钠与丙烯酰胺在聚合温度为50℃,物质的量之比为1:2,引发剂用量为单体总质量的0.1%,聚合时间为6 h,丙烯酰胺、甲醛、仲胺的物质的量之比为1:0.5:0.75,仲胺选择二乙胺时,聚合物抗盐泡沫性能最佳,起泡高度、稳泡率、携液量明显提高,有望作为耐高盐泡排剂在气田使用。
Alpha olefine sulfonates sodium were polymerized with acrylamide and then modified via Man- nich reaction in order to enhance the salt resistanee. Research showed that under the following conditions: the polymerization temperature of alpha olefine sulfonates sodium, acrylamide copolymer is 50 ℃, the weight ratio is 1:2, the amount of initiator is 0.1% of the total mass of monomer,polymerization time is 6 h, the molar ratio of acryl amide, formaldehyde, secondary amine is 1 : 0.5 : 0.75, when the secondary amine selects diethylamine, polymer salt resistance foam is the best the foam height foam-stablizing rate and fluid carrying amount have obviously increased, it was possible to be used as foam drainage agent to gasfield.
