Influences of Different Kinds of Admixtures on Steam Curing Strength of Concrete

摘要 研究了高效减水剂、早强剂、引气剂、膨胀剂和缓凝剂对混凝土蒸养强度的影响。实验结果表明,相同水灰比下,萘系高效减水剂对混凝土蒸养强度的提高效果优于聚羧酸高效减水剂和氨基磺酸盐高效减水剂;掺入适量早强剂或膨胀剂均有利于提高混凝土蒸养强度;掺入缓凝剂和引气剂对混凝土蒸养强度不利。 The effects of adding superplasticizer, early strength agent, air-entraining agent, expansive agent and retarder on early strength of steam-curing concrete are studied. The results show that the steam curing strength of concrete is improved more effectively by adding naphthalene superplasticizer than polycarboxylate superplasticizer or aminosulphonate based superplasticizer under the same water-cement ratio. Adding proper amount of either early strength agent or expanding agent is helpful to improve the steam curing strength of concrete. On the contrary, adding retarding and air-entraining agent is disadvantageous to improve the steam curing strength of concrete.
