摘要
文章以天津市随机抽取的923人为样本,应用Probit模型,探讨产品特征、文化资本和生命周期等因素对消费者的绿色住宅消费决策的影响,研究发现,在房价居高不下的情况下,消费者为绿色住宅支付更高成本的意愿并不强烈,但绿色住宅的产品特征以及消费者的文化资本和生命周期对其进行绿色住宅消费选择的意愿具有显著的影响。
This paper selected the sample of 923 people randomly in Tianjin, the impact of product characteristics, the cultural capital, the life cycle and other factors on consumers' purchase decision making of green real estate has been analyzed by application of Probit model. It has been found that, in the situation of high prices in real estate market, consumers are not willing to pay more mon teristics, consumer culture capital and ey for green real estate. However, there are significant life cycle on their purchase decision making of green influences of product characreal estate
