摘要 探讨了电池管理系统故障诊断系统设计。从锂离子动力蓄电池管理电池系统预先危险性分析结果着手,研发了电池管理系统高压安全及诊断系统,并研究了故障诊断策略和软件开发。通过验证发现设计的诊断系统符合锂离子动力蓄电池的特性,并能够很好地满足各类电动汽车车载状况下静态和动态高压电安全诊断和控制的需要。 For studying the diagnostic and control technique for high voltage safety of electric vehicle, a power Li-ion battery management system diagnostic system is developed. Preliminary Hazard analysis is made for power Li-ion battery, then, battery management system high voltage and diagnostic system have been designed, based on this, diagnostic strategy and software is developed to meet the demand of stability and quick responding. After validation it shows that designed diagnostic system meets characteristics of power Li-ion battery, and can meet the requirements of high voltage safety di- agnostic and control in both static and dynamic states for all kinds of electric vehicles.
