摘要
以SIEMENS公司S7-200可编程序控制器为例,介绍了PLC与富士变频器之间的通信方法。设计开发了相应的运行软件并对信号传输过程进行了测试实验,工作性能符合要求。主要介绍了PLC程序的设计原理及通过PLC对珩磨机各项数据指标的读取和计算,显示出珩磨机在工作中的各项状态,再通过操作者对各种异常状态的操作处理,达到最佳的抽油泵珩磨效果。其所设计通信系统在珩磨机使用中操作简单,显示准确,通信无误,在同类产品中具有较高的应用价值。
Taking the case of S7 - 200 programmable controller (SIEMENS ) , a communication method between PLC and FUJI frequency transformer is introduced in this paper, and appropriate software is developed and signal transmission process is tested. First, the design principles of PLC are interpreted, and then different states of the honing machine are shown by the reading and calculating of various index data for the honing machine with PLC; with proper process for several abnormal conditions, the optimum honing effect for the oil pump can be achieved. This communication system for honing machines is easily operated, accurately read without communication error. This system could be of higher value in application among similar products.
