摘要
由环己酮氧化法制备的ε-己内酯单体,由于原料环己酮与产物ε-己内酯的分离较为困难,必须在环己酮存在条件下进行ε-己内酯定量分析。实验研究了ε-己内酯在紫外光区的吸收光谱,找到了ε-己内酯与环己酮的特征吸收峰,绘制了ε-己内酯在λ=350nm处的标准曲线,并通过环己酮的标准加入法以及使用传统的水解法验证了本方法通过紫外可见吸收光谱法对ε-己内酯定量分析的准确性和稳定性。
Study on UV absorption spectrum of ε-caprolactone within chloroform as solvent and cyclohexanone as the main impurity, rendering the ε-caprolactone standard curve at k : 350nm,y:0. 504x+0. 114,R:0. 9991. Linear range is 0. 100-0. 700g/ml. The data of standard addition method and traditional hydrolysis method convenced the accuracy and stability.
