摘要 利用气相色谱-质谱技术对人体气味中脂肪酸类物质进行了分析,并比较了脂肪酸类物质在同一个体中的稳定性和性别间的差异性。研究表明,所检测的7个脂肪酸的相对含量在同一个体中保持相对稳定。以人体气味中脂肪酸类物质为基础,建立了区分个体性别的识别方法。 A method based on gas chromatograph-mass spectrum has been designed to determine the fatty acids in human odor. And then similarities of the odor samples from the same people and the differences between men's and women's samples were compared. The results demonstrated that the ratios of the fatty acids in samples from the same people were similar, and that there were differences between men's odors and women's odors. Thus, a pattern recognition method was set up to identify whether a sample was from a man or a woman.
