全球城市—区域的生产组织及其运行机制

The Organization of Production and Operation Mechanism on Global City-Region:A Case Study on the Yangtze River Delta

随着资本和信息在全球尺度的更快流动,资本主义生产出现了全球范围内的重构现象,并促进了各国区域生产空间组织出现变化,学者开始重新定位全球城市体系中的世界城市并提出全球城市—区域的概念。随着全球化的深入发展,我国长江三角洲区域生产空间结构亦开始出现重构现象,以上海为核心城市的长江三角洲全球城市—区域初步浮现。在分析全球城市—区域的经济学本质并分析其运行机制的基础上,以长江三角洲地区跨国公司区域生产网络为实证对象进行分析。提出基于跨国公司区域生产网络而形成的区域经济联系是冲破目前行政区经济的重要力量,同时使中国各层级地方经济的发展同全球生产体系相联系,最终推动中国的全球城市—区域的形成和发展。

With the speeding up of capital and information flows in global scale, the produce mode experi- enced a huge transformation, which leads the reorganization of production space, world city and global city-region become the hot areas of urban researches. At the same time, the integration of the Yangtze River Delta has made a great progress along with the sharply rising of Shanghai. It seems the Shanghai-Yangtze River Delta is emerging to be a global city-region. This paper analyzes the formation and development of global city-region based on economics theory and method, which helps us know clearly about the mechanism of global city-region. Then, the paper pays much attention on analyzing the production network of transnational company on the Yangtze River Delta. At last, we find that the regional economic network which based on the transnational company has broke through the limita- tion of administrative economy and made the local economic involved in the world economic system, which lead the reconstruction of Chinese city-region.
