基于主成分分析的河南省城市综合竞争力评价

Evaluation on the Synthetical Competitiveness of the Cities in Henan Province Based on Principal Component Analysis

城市综合竞争力强弱反映着城市的实力,科学评价城市竞争力也是制定城市发展战略的基础。以河南省38个城市为研究样本,从经济发展与效益、社会与科教发展、居民生活质量以及基础设施与生态环境4个方面构建了城市竞争力评价指标体系,运用主成分分析的方法评价了河南省城市的综合城市竞争力,并对河南省城市内部的城市竞争力进行比较分析。在此基础上,提出了提升河南城市竞争力的对策措施。

The paper constructs an evaluation index system of urban competitiveness on the basis of its concept and the research achievements of formers. Using the method of factor analysis, the urban competitiveness of 38 cities in Henan Province are evaluated quantitatively. According to the comparative analysis of the urban competitiveness among these cities, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the urban competitiveness of Henan Province.
