旅游产业集聚区是一种创新型的旅游产业形态,培育旅游产业集聚区对推动旅游产业的转型升级和集聚发展意义重大。旅游产业集聚区与旅游产业集群既关系密切又有所不同。"十二五"期间,河南省将重点发展和培育十大旅游产业集聚区,其发展条件主要包括:有良好的发展依托,有较好的投资条件,有较高的知名度,有一定的产业规模及有独特的空间结构。未来其数量将有所增加,产业规模迅速扩张,对区域的影响逐步彰显,支持力度逐步加大,发挥作用逐步显现。

Tourism industrial agglomeration region is a kind of creative tourism industry form. It is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry . Tourism industrial agglomeration re- gion and tourism industrial cluster is very close but different. During the ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂ plan, Henan Province will focus on the ten tourism industrial agglomeration regions. The main conditions for the development of them are include that： have good development environment, have good investment conditions, have a higher visibility, have a certain scale of the industry and have a unique space structure. In the future, the number of tourism industrial ag- glomeration regions will be increased, the industry scale will have a rapid expansion, the regional influence will be gradually revealed, the supporting will be greater step by step, the function will he gradually appearent.
